Chef is constantly inspired and fueled by the search for fresh and local ingredients that support surrounding Purveyors. Sourcing product as close to the restaurant as possible, she’s built relationships with aquaponic + edible flower farms, small mushroomeries, open field cattle farms with an hour or two drive, and responsibly caught seafood.
